P.3 devised and designed the entire T-Jobs brand, including its logo, the “Find Your Calling” tagline, it’s furry and lovable mascot Fetch, and a series of supporting pieces, including brochures and a T-Jobs website overhaul. P.3 scripted and created movies explaining the T-Mobile brand and its unique corporate culture. When the site launched in 2004, the number of visitors doubled, and T-Mobile reported a 300% increase in qualified applicants, making this site P.3’s biggest success story to date.
