T-Mobile’s T-Jobs


T-Mobile looked to Page 3 Design to help increase their number of qualified job applicants. Their current application process was lengthy, intimidating and confusing, and featured very little of what makes T-Mobile compelling — nearly 90% of their potential hires were giving up in the middle of the application process.

P.3 conceived and developed the T-Jobs brand, the “Find Your Calling” tagline, scripted and produced a series of educational & fun videos focusing on different aspects of the T-Mobile culture, created print pieces such as hiring brochures and flyers, and created the interactive T-Jobs website which made applications a snap. Among other important details, P.3 also researched, selected and photographed the spokesmodel “Fetch”, the lovable dog that brings job applicants their job results.

With the fun & engaging T-Jobs site in place, T-Mobile experienced a 2000% boost in qualified job applicants, making the T-Jobs project one of our biggest success stories to date.
